Price List

​

  • Land and apartment surveying services, contact and support between the client and the surveying engineers until the signing of the agreement between them - commission at the rate of 300 euros.

 

  • Architectural services for changing land zoning or building permits Establishing contact and accompaniment between the client and the architectural firm until an agreement is signed between them - a fee of 10% of the amount of the work.

       The fee will be paid in two installments. The first when signing the agreement between the client and the architects' office, the second payment           after the work is finished.

 

  • Accounting services, accompanying the client until the signing of an agreement between the accounting office and the client - commission at the rate of 150 euros.

  • Work permit in Romania. Escorting in front of the Romanian lawyer's office - commission at the rate of 1,000 euros. The fee will be paid in two payments: the first when signing the agreement with the lawyer's office and the second payment when receiving the work permit in Romania.

  • Assistance in opening a bank account in Romania - the cost of the service is 200 euros.

  • Opening a NIF (fiscal number) - the cost of the service is 300 euros.

  • Opening a company - the cost of the service is 800- 1,000 euros.

 

  • Renovation of existing properties - accompaniment until the signing of the agreement with the renovation contractor and supervision of the renovation process. A fee of 10% of the total renovation.
